Refund Policy

We are here to help with returns within 14 working days of receipt only if the item is defected.  Once checked everything's in order, we'll refund the amount you paid for it, including any duties and taxes. Custom orders are not refundable.

 Items must be returned in the original packaging and condition before a refund can be made.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A tracking number must be included.

Please contact us for return address. We’ll be sure to keep you updated and email you when we have processed your refund.

Proof of purchase is required to issue an exchange, we will need your original receipt and order number.

Any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Standard products are shipped within 20 work days. 

Custom orders and orders may take up to 45 work days to ship. 

Shipping day may vary due to location. 

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase date.

Guarantees

All items are guaranteed for up to one year of purchase. For items that are damaged due to user mismanagement,
a repair fee may be applied.
